 Voice-Activated: A voice-activated screen shows only one meeting location at a time, with the last
     person who addressed the group visible on the screen.
 Quad Split: As you might have guessed, during the quad split view, the screen is divided into four
     quarters and offers a view of all locations - if there are only four.
 Picture-In-Picture: Picture-in-picture allows you to view your own location as well as the other during the
     conference.

During a video conference, sound can be more important than video. If your images are blurry, you can still conduct your meeting, but if your audio is interupted, it's time to reschedule.  So don't underestimate the importance of your audio system and speakers.

The faster your Internet connection, or the more "bandwidth" you have, the more information that can be transmitted at once.  This means that you'll be les likely to get less a choppy transmission, and you will have more of a real-time feel and better picture with high-speed connections like cable and DSL.
